Sunday Worship Service

Our Sunday worship celebration happens at 9:30am. Goolwa is a relaxed town and our worship celebration is also relaxed and informal. Most people dress casually or smart casual. We have a car park behind the church but people also park on the road or across the road in front of the church. Our service usually run between 60-80 minutes. This is a multigenerational service which includes programs for children and youth. Children begin by sitting in church either with their parents or friends and about 15 minutes into the service the Children are then invited to go with the leaders to the Open Door to begin their program. There is a sign in/sign out protocol for parents to sign and all our leaders have police clearances.

We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of the month.

Cafe follows after the service with barista made coffee as well as cake and biscuits. There are tables set up if you would like to sit or there are plenty of places to stand and mingle. We have a playground and grassed area for the children to play.

River of Life

Our Friday worship celebration happens at 10:30am This is a traditional service which enjoys singing hymns and a quieter style of worship. We have a car park behind the church which gives easy access to the church.

Our service runs for 60 minutes and we celebrate communion on the second Friday of the Month.

You are welcome to stay for tea and coffee and biscuits after the service.

Clyde Ziegeler - River of Life Pastor
Clyde felt a call to pastor the River of Life congregation after a need was identified to provide an avenue for those who find the hymns of earlier times more inspirational.

The River of Life community meets at 10.30am every Friday for a traditional worship service, followed by a time of fellowship over morning tea. Communion is incorporated in the service on the second Friday each month.
